Corn & Sausage Dip
1 can Mexi corn or Fiesta Corn, drained
4 sausage patties, cooked and crumbled (brown & serve kind, NOT maple flavored)
1 cup mayo
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese (bag kind is fine)
Combine all ingredients and place in a shallow dish or pie plate. Sprinkle with paprika for color. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve with Tostito scoops.
